MUMBAI: TellyChakkar is back with yet another update from the telly world. Imlie is ruling the TRP charts and has become the most successful show on television since it has hit the screens. The actors Sumbul Touqeer Khan and Fahmaan Khan have become household names. The series Imlie is a loose adaptation of Star Jalsha’s Bengali series Ishti Kutum.
Sumbul Touqeer Khan who plays the character of Imlie went on an Instagram live session wherein she revealed the meaning of her name Sumbul. It means ‘Jannat ka Phule’ (The flower of heaven). Nobody can deny that her name is as beautiful as her. Fans are loving her performance in the show and the way she manages her profession and education simultaneously. Moreover, they are loving her on-screen chemistry with Fahman and Manasvi in the show.
Meanwhile, in the show, Aditya will realise his mistake of choosing Malini over Imlie. He will write an apology letter to Imlie and try to gain her attention. But Imlie will make it very clear that nothing can be normal again between them. Imlie will start calling Aditya Mr Aditya instead of Babusaheb and this will hurt his feelings. Aditya will talk to Imlie about their love and say that it’s eternal and that they will be together for seven lives. Imlie will be listening to Aditya but will have nothing to say. Aditya will tell her that he wants to marry her once again. This will come as a huge shock for Imlie as she was mentally not prepared for this day.
