MUMBAI: Bigg Boss is one of the most loved and celebrated reality shows on television.
The show has gained a lot of popularity and today it has become a cult show on television and the hosting by Salman Khan has made it a brand and today the episodes go viral.
The show has completed seventeen years and all seasons have been very successful and the contestants have made it big in the entertainment world and especially the ones who make it to the end.
Earlier, Bigg Boss used to have genuine contestants in the show but as the seasons passed by the type of contestants that came on the show changed.
From actors the show became about Youtubers and influencers and suddenly the talk was only about them and somewhere the actors took a back seat.
In Bigg Boss Season 16 and 17 and Bigg Boss OTT Season 2 we did see how influencers and Youtubers took over the game and the finale of the show.
In Season 16, Priyanka Chahar Choudhary the audience including Salman Khan thought that she would win Bigg Boss but then all of a sudden Mc Stan won the show and shocked everyone as he hardly played the game.
On the other hand, even in 17 the audience wished Ankita would win the show but Munwar won the show and in Bigg Boss OTT Season 2 Elvish Yadav won the show and Abhishek didn’t.
Since then the fans feel that in the upcoming seasons there should be genuine winners and not by the number of followers one has on social media.

Aman Khanna : Bigg Boss used to be very interesting to watch but then when the influencers and Youtubers have taken over the show it’s no more interesting. The show is losing its essence. We want to see good winners not winners like MC Stan and Elvish who have a violence background even someone like Abhishek could have won would have been better as at least they played the game.
Sheena Dixit : The past two seasons have been really disappointing. The genuine players of the show didn’t win just because someone had a background that couldnt be ignored and hence they won. Tell me from which angle Ankita, Priyanka and Abhishek Malhna and Abhishek Kumar didn’t deserve to win the show should look into this matter and make the winner as per what the audience want.
Kabir Khan : I want the old format of Bigg Boss to return as now the show has become very predictable and the deserving contestants are not getting their due and this is not fair, you cannot tell me that Mc Stan played a better game than Priyanka and the same goes with Ankita and Muanwar as we all know that actress played the game. This needs to stop. I want the OLD Bigg Boss to come back.
Well, there is no doubt that the concept of the show should change and the real winners should win the show.
