Ishita drinks red wine during dinner and throws up. Ishita coughs and the whole bhalla house is acting weird. Raman is totally mad. Raman came there with ishita to propose Ishita, he asked waiter to put ring in the wine glass, waiter brought the wine and ishita drank it. Whole bhalla family came there and started panicking because diamond got in her stomach. Later, they got to know that the ring was never in the glass.
