Actor Shaleen Malhotra has now being DROPPED from the equation and a new face is being roped in.
And that new face is none other than, everyone’s favorite, ‘Naagin’ star, Arjun Bijlani.

Shaleen and Drashti did a mock shoot where things were turning out to be going totally fine. However, after some apparent creative issues and discussions Shaleen was dropped.
And now, cashing in the excessive popularity of Arjun and the fact that he won’t be part of ‘Naagin 2’, Arjun Bijlani has been roped in by the makers.
We contacted Shaleen, who said, “Firstly, I don’t even know where did this news come from that I have been finalized for the show. It was a MOCK shoot and nothing was ever confirmed. Several actors do mock shoots and so did I. There is nothing else to it.”
On being asked about being dropped due to ‘creative’ differences, he said, “The term ‘creative’ differences is such a misleading one. There were never any creative differences as I had no problem with the shoot, concept or anything. Things were absolutely fine. But, as I said, it was a mock shoot and whether the respective actor is doing the show or not, he/she is bee informed soon. And I was too.”
