KOLKATA: Gear up for the upcoming episode of the period drama Prothom Protisruti. The show, which is produced by DAAG Creative Media and airs on Colors Bangla, will showcase the marriage of Satyabati (Sushmili Acharjya) and Nabakumar (Arya Dasgupta) in the coming episode.
The entire details of the marriage will be telecasted in the Mahaporbo on 12 May from 9.30 pm to 10.30 pm. The marriage has all the details of the Bengali marriage as it was performed in the latter part of the 19th century. The look and the costume of Satyabati as well as all the other artists have been planned accordingly.
With Satyabati’s marriage, the story will unfold lots of twists and turns. The storyline will now focus on how Satyabati reaches her in-laws’ home and takes control over it gradually curbing the power of her mother-in-law Elokeshi (Manasi Sinha). It will also have the sweet romantic moments of a child getting married to a young boy, who has a lot of dreams and passions about marriage and his wife.
