Kirron Kher mourned the demise of Padma Shri awardee and founder of Shillong Chamber Choir, Neil Nongkynrih (52). He died at Reliance Foundation hospital in Mumbai on Wednesday evening (January 5). Taking to her social media account, the actress wrote, “Deeply shocked and saddened by the passing of Neil who was the mainstay of The @shillongchamberchoir. Gashmeer Mahajani has apparently put in his papers about his quit from Star Plus serial Imlie. According to the media reports, Gashmeer made clear that he wanted to continue with his Marathi projects and web series besides this show and gave only 10 days in a month to the makers to shoot his sequence which was not enough. His last day will be in mid-January.

He told ETimes TV, “When I got a call for this show I was very skeptical if I should do the show or not because I was feeling very uncomfortable with my body. But I decided to go inside the show and I lost 14 kilos. I now have my thyroid under control.”

Sudhanshu Pandey confirms he won’t be quitting Star Plus trending serial ‘Anupamaa’. He told, “There is no question of me quitting Anupamaa. I had gone for a holiday with my family after a year and a half to Dubai. After that, I had gone for a day and a half to Ganaganagar in Rajasthan to shoot for an OTT project. With me missing from the show, people presumed that I have quit. My character Vanraj Shah was the hero of the show and will remain the hero.”
